Vicki Richardson, Lollipop Chef

Meet the Lollipop Chef®,
Vicki Richardson

Vicki is best described as a "Renaissance Woman" whose creativity and talents have found expression in many different forms.

A longtime believer in the importance of community service, the Lollipop Chef donates baked goods to the Calvary Women's Shelter in Washington, D.C. for special events and birthday celebrations.

Prior to founding The Lollipop Chef in 2008, her former job titles include actor, producer, bartender, caterer, children's party planner, writer, law school dean's fellow, litigator, and Peace Corps volunteer (Romania).

While studying culinary arts in 2004 at the Art Institute of Washington, Vicki revived a passion for cooking and baking that dates to her days as a teenager who impressed family and friends by serving up gourmet recipes she'd clipped from magazines.

In 2007, she first made brownie lollipops for a friend's party, and the novel idea was such a hit that she decided to turn the concept into a full-time business.
