What are Lollipop Brownies?
Lollipop Brownies are the perfect combination of a creamy chocolate ganache coating over a rich brownie with a crunchy edge that gives way to a dense, fudgy center. They are available in 6 flavors: double fudge, creamy cheese, cool mint, raspberry, coconut caramel, and peanut butter.
Do Lollipop Brownies contain nuts?
All Lollipop Brownies contain butter, chocolate, sugar, eggs, flour, and cream. The Peanut Butter Lollipop Brownies include peanuts and pecans. The Lollipop Brownies are produced in a kitchen that stores and uses nuts and nut products.
How do I store my Lollipop Brownies?
Lollipop Brownies, if not eaten immediately, should be stored in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to one week. Let them come to room temperature before enjoying.
Is it possible to freeze Lollipop Brownies?
Lollipop Brownies can be put in the freezer. You will need to let them thaw in the refrigerator. Before eating, let them come to room temperature. If you put them in the microwave to thaw, set your microwave to thaw and set the timer for no more than 15-20 seconds. You do not want the chocolate ganache to melt.
Is it possible to select certain flavors?
Yes. All six flavors are always available. Feel free to specify which flavor or flavors you would like in your order.

How can I pay for my Lollipop Brownies?
Online orders must be paid for through PayPal.com. You do not need a PayPal account to send payments. PayPal sends the payment directly to Lollipop Chef. The email address for Lollipop Chef is info@lollipopchef.com. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How are Lollipop Brownies shipped?
Lollipop Chef ships all year round! In the summer we ship in Styrofoam coolers with ice packs so the pops can stay cool. Winter shipping is in corrugated boxes. We ship 2-day air and the box is marked to indicate heat sensitive and perishable items inside. Please ensure that someone is at the location where the Lollipop Brownies are delivered. If left on a doorstep in the sun or when it is warm outside, the Lollipop Brownies will melt. Lollipop Brownies are shipped according to the weather, and we take no responsibility for shipments after they leave our facility.
What is your full shipping policy?
Shipping fees vary and are based on packaging, weight and destination. Some rural areas have limited shipping options. During summer months, shipping costs are more because items must be shipped in Styrofoam coolers with ice packs.
For shipping, please order at least 5 business days in advance of the day you would like the package to arrive. Orders are processed within 3 business days of the order date--orders placed after Tuesday at 3:00 pm will be shipped on the following Monday. We ship 2-day air.
Lollipop Chef will not guarantee or refund any damaged or delayed shipments and products. Lollipop Chef will not be responsible for goods damaged or delayed due to weather, due to the recipient not being at the shipping destination at the time of delivery, or due to product being left outside in warm or hot temperatures or other inclement weather.
Lollipop Chef does not ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite, apartment number and phone numbers to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible, nor will we offer refunds for delays caused by shipping vendors due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism, safety control, or inaccurate shipping information.

What is your deadline for shipping orders around holidays?
Please place your Lollipop Brownie orders early, leaving enough time for us to produce your pops fresh and have them shipped to you before your event, holiday, or enjoyment.
Where are Lollipop Brownies delivered?
Lollipop Chef delivers only in the DC Metro Area. Delivery fees are determined based on distance.

We will not leave the package on the doorstep unless you request it.
